JENNIFER YACHNIN

Jennifer writes about Western water and drought policies. She previously covered public lands, including access, anti-government activism and the state land transfer movement, as well as campaigns and elections at E&E News. Before joining E&E News in 2011, she spent 10 years at Roll Call, where she wrote about ethics, campaign finance and congressional wealth. Her work has also appeared in The Chronicle of Higher Education, The Detroit News and on National Public Radio. She has appeared as an expert guest on outlets including C-SPAN, NPR and local television. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
